  आनंदघराचं ग्रंथालय वाचन गंमत असते. वाचता येणाऱ्यांसाठी आणि नव्याने वाचायला शिकणाऱ्यांसाठीसुद्धा. वाचन शिकण्यासाठी प्रेरणा महत्वाची असते. पुस्तकं वाचनासाठीची प्रेरणा जिवंत ठेवतात. वस्तीबाहेरचे बरेच अनुभव जे मुलांपर्यंत येऊच शकत नाहीत, अशा अनुभवांपर्यंत मुलांना पोहोचवण्याचे काम पुस्तकं करतात. पुस्तकांसोबत शिकणं आणि शिकवणं दोन्ही मजेदार होतं. अलीकडेच आमच्या आनंदघरात ग्रंथालय आलंय. मुलांना आवडतील अशी खूप वेगवेगळी पुस्तके वर्गात नेली. मुलांसमोर पसरून ठेवली. प्रचंड उत्सुकतेने मुलांनी प्रत्येक एक पुस्तक बघितलं. ही पुस्तके आपण घरीसुद्धा घेऊन जाऊ शकतो हे कळल्यावर मुलांना खूप आनंद झाला. आम्ही सर्वांनी मिळून ग्रंथालयाची नियमावली बनवली. पुस्तकांची काळजी कशी घ्यायची याबद्दल चर्चा केली. देव- घेव कार्ड म्हणजे काय, ते का वापरायचं हे समजून घेतलं. लगेचच देव-घेव कार्ड बनवले. मुलं हळूहळू पुस्तकं घरी घेऊन जाऊ लागली. पुस्तकं नेताना आणि आणताना कार्डमध्ये न चुकता नोंद करू लागली. अप्रत्यक्षपणे ग्रंथालयाची प्रणाली मुलांच्या लक्षात आली.   बरं, मग आता पुस्तक वाचलं तर ताईला त्यातल्या गमतीजमती सांगायला नकोत? पुस्

Anita was just 10 years old when she started coming to Anandghar. One of our 1st batch student. Her father works as a sanitary worker and her mother is a homemaker. Anita is the 3rd child of her parents. 3rd girl before they had a son. Always neglected in the household. In the initial days she always wanted our complete attention and when we were unable to do so she used to cry, curse all of us. But as she grew she became more and more calm, confident, expressive.  By the time Anita joined Anandghar her elder sister was already married at the age of 15. Later due to regular conversations with her parents, they agreed to not look for marriage for their other daughters before they could turn 18. They let their 2nd daughter Sunita complete her 12th. Sunita got married in 2020 when she was 20 years old. Anita passed 10th grade exams in 2020. Last year she completed her 12th. Currently Anita is pursuing Bachelor of Arts from Jalgaon.  Yesterday, Anita joined us as an Educator. She is going
